  • You don’t need to clean before the cleaners, we handle all kinds of messes. We simply ask that personal items, clutter, and loose belongings are picked up so our team can focus on the actual cleaning rather than organizing. This helps us clean more thoroughly and make the best use of your scheduled time.

  • We do our best to deliver exceptional results every visit, but we’re human (not AI) and mistakes can happen. If we miss something included in your service agreement, contact us within the specified time frame and we’ll come back to make it right. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re dedicated to earning your trust every time we clean.

  • Yes, we are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. We take the safety of your home or business seriously and operate with professionalism and accountability at all times.

  • Yes, we bring our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. All of our products are eco-friendly and pet-safe, so your home or workplace is cleaned effectively without harsh chemicals. If you have specific product preferences, just let us know in advance.

  • No, you do not need to be present during the cleaning. Many of our residential and commercial clients provide secure access in advance. We’ll coordinate entry details ahead of your appointment for a smooth and secure experience.

Polices

  • We love pets! However:

    • For safety reasons, we ask that pets be secured during your cleaning appointment.

    • If your pet has anxiety around vacuums, strangers, or noise, please keep them in a separate room or crate.

    • We are not responsible for pets that escape during entry or exit.

    • If excessive pet hair, waste, or accidents are present, additional charges may apply.

    Your pet’s safety and our team’s safety are equally important.

  • Tipping is never required, but always appreciated by our cleaning team.

    • Cash is welcome

    • You can also add a tip to your charge

    Love your clean? A 5-star review goes a long way.

    When you mention your cleaners by name, they receive a $25 bonus as a thank-you for their hard work.

  • While rare, accidents can happen.

    • We are insured for your protection.

    • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.

    • We are not responsible for:

      • Pre-existing damage

      • Improperly secured items

      • Fragile items not disclosed in advance

    Please inform us of delicate or high-value items before your appointment.

  • We provide a 30-minute arrival window from your scheduled appointment time.

    If we anticipate arriving outside of that window, you will be notified as soon as possible.

    Thank you for your flexibility — it helps us maintain quality service throughout the day.

  • Instances where we cannot access your home, or a team feels their personal safety is at risk due to an aggressive pet or actions by any individual on the premise will be charged 50% of the regular cleaning cost. There are no exceptions after the first incident.

    We may assess a $25.00 fee if you cancel with less then 24 hours’ notice given.

  • Some additional services requests need to be requested in advance; wo we can schedule additional time or bring special supplies if needed.

  • We reserve the right to increase our rates at any time. You will be given 30-day minimum advance notice of any price increase.

  • Classy cleaning staff does not clean animal cages, litter boxes, human feces, urine, vomit, soiled clothing, or similar biohazards.

    Should any member of your household require the use of syringes, please ensure that they are disposed of safely. Any unexpected stab by an insecure needle and pose serious health concerns to our staff.
